Receipts read by Claude
Vendor, date, total, currency and document type, read in a few seconds.
Receipts and invoices are read by Claude Sonnet, with a second pass when a field looks uncertain.
Vendor, date, total, currency and document type.
On a 40-document test set the median read took 4.4 seconds.
Contracts and notes skip the second pass and land in the Vault sooner.
You still review a match before it is filed.

Smarter CSV import
Drop in a bank export and the columns map themselves.
When you import a CSV, Mintas works out the date, description, amount and balance columns.
Unusual headers are fine. You review the mapping before anything is imported.
Bank syncs, exports and document reads run on a queue that retries failed steps.
New transactions and matched receipts show up without a refresh.
Manual accounts stay available for any bank Plaid does not cover.

Two-factor sign-in for everyone
Every account signs in with an authenticator app.
Sign-in is a one-time email code or Google, plus an authenticator app.
Two-factor is not optional. Every account sets it up.
You get ten backup codes. Each one works once.
Bank tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest.
Sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
