Invoice terms that get you paid on time
Connected work needs connected data
Late payments are rarely about bad clients. More often the invoice was unclear, went to the wrong person, or made paying harder than it needed to be. Each of those is something you control.

Map the dependencies first
Agree on terms before the work starts, in the proposal or the contract. If the client already said yes to Net 15 and 50% upfront, the invoice is a reminder, not a negotiation.
Integrate once, reuse everywhere
Mintas invoices carry your logo, sales tax or VAT, discounts, and terms from due on receipt to Net 90. Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account.
Give every team the same answers
Send it now, schedule it, or set a recurring schedule for a retainer. The invoice is marked paid when the deposit lands, and overdue when the due date passes.
