Quarterly taxes without the April panic

Silos slow everyone down

When you work for yourself, tax does not come out of the payment before you see it. The money lands in full, and a share of it belongs to the government later. The fix is a habit: move a fixed share aside the day a payment arrives.

Agree on one workflow per outcome

Keep that money in a separate place from operating cash, and pay the tax authority from there on the schedule that applies to you. In the US that is often quarterly estimated tax. In Canada it may be instalments.

Connect the tools teams already use

Mintas can show profit and a tax summary from the books you already keep. It does not calculate what you owe and it does not file. Use the numbers with your accountant, not instead of one.

Track performance across the whole flow

This is general information, not tax advice. Rules change and depend on where you live. A tax professional can tell you what applies to you.
