Everything in Mintas, part by part
Thirteen parts of one workspace, from the bank feed to the assistant. Anything that is not live yet is marked Beta or Coming soon.
Where you stand, the moment you sign in.
A home screen with your cash, open invoices, unbilled time, transactions to review, runway and receipts waiting in the inbox.
4 features
Six live cards
Cash balance, open invoices, unbilled time, transactions to review, runway and pending inbox items, each one click from the detail.
Quick actions
Create an invoice, add a transaction or a customer, track time or upload a receipt from the overview.
Ask Mintas
Type a question about your money straight from the home screen.
Global search
Press Cmd+K to search customers, documents, invoices, projects, transactions and the inbox, with quick actions. When a search finds nothing, Mintas reads it as a question.
A bank feed that keeps itself tidy.
Connect checking, savings and credit cards in the US and Canada and every transaction lands named, categorized and searchable.
8 features
Bank connections through Plaid
US and Canadian banks and cards, read-only: Mintas sees balances and transactions and cannot move money. Up to two years of history on connect, a daily sync, and a sync button when you want it now.
Manual accounts and CSV import
Add an account by hand or import a CSV of up to 5 MB. Mintas maps the date, amount, description and balance columns for you, and you can flip the sign if your bank exports expenses as positive.
Clean names and categories
Each transaction gets a readable merchant name and one of 75 default categories in 14 groups, from Revenue to Taxes and Government. Change any category and Mintas offers to apply it to similar transactions.
Your own categories
Create categories with a color, a parent, a tax rate and tax type (VAT, sales tax, GST and more), a reporting code, and an option to leave them out of reports.
Details on every line
Assignee, tags, notes, attachments, recurring frequency (weekly, monthly or yearly) and an exclude-from-reports switch.
Search, filters and bulk edits
Filter by date, category, tag, account, assignee, amount, type, receipt status and more, then categorize, tag, assign, exclude or archive in bulk.
Review and export
A review queue for transactions that are ready, and exports to CSV or Excel in a ZIP with every attachment, saved to the Vault and optionally emailed to your accountant.
Multi-currency
Pick a base currency for the workspace. Amounts in other currencies are converted with rates refreshed twice a day.
Invoices that look right and get paid.
Build an invoice in a minute, send it now or later, and let clients pay online.
8 features
An editor that fits your business
A4 or Letter, 152 currencies, four date formats, sales tax, VAT or tax per line, discounts, units, decimals and a QR code. Every label on the invoice can be renamed.
Payment terms
Due on receipt, Net 7, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90, or any number of days.
Templates and products
Save templates with your logo, payment details and notes, and a catalog of products with prices and units that autocomplete on the next invoice.
Send now or schedule
Email the invoice with the PDF attached, schedule it for a date and time, or keep it as a draft. Write your own subject and message.
Recurring invoices
Weekly, every two weeks, monthly by date or weekday, quarterly, twice a year, yearly or every X days. End on a date, after a number of invoices, or never. Pause and resume any time.
Online payment through Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and refunds can be issued from Mintas.
Paid and overdue on their own
Twice a day Mintas looks for the deposit: one transaction with the same amount and currency in the last three days marks the invoice paid and attaches the PDF. Unpaid invoices past their due date turn overdue.
A full history
See when an invoice was created, sent, viewed, reminded, paid or refunded, and send a reminder with one click.
Everything about each client, in one place.
Contacts, billing emails, revenue and what is still outstanding, with a portal clients can open themselves.
4 features
Customer records
Contact details, several billing emails, address, VAT number, notes and tags, with total revenue, outstanding balance and last invoice on each record.
Company details filled in
Add a website or email and Mintas looks up the company: industry, size, location, links, and more.
Customer portal
Turn on a portal per customer: a private page with their invoices, what they paid and what is open, with PDF downloads and receipts.
At a glance
Your most active client, top revenue client, inactive clients and new customers this month.
Every billable hour, on the invoice.
Projects with rates and estimates, timers that run anywhere, and invoices built from the hours.
5 features
Projects
A customer, an hourly rate and currency, an estimate, a billable flag, tags and a status.
Timers
Start and stop a timer from the dashboard, from Slack, from the CLI or from an AI client through MCP. A running timer shows in the header.

CSV export

Receipts in, matched to the right transaction.
Send receipts however you get them. Mintas reads them and suggests the transaction each one belongs to.
7 features
Your own inbox address
Every workspace has an address like inbox+abc123@mintas.co. Forward receipts and invoices there as PDF or images.
Gmail
Connect Gmail and Mintas collects emails with PDF attachments that you received, every six hours and on demand. It does not read the rest of your mail.
Upload or Slack
Drop up to 25 files at a time in the app, or share a receipt in Slack.

Read by Claude
Vendor, dates, totals, currency, tax, line items and document type, from invoices and receipts.
Suggested matches
Mintas scores each receipt against your transactions by name, amount, currency and date, including across currencies, and suggests the best match for you to confirm. It learns how your vendors appear on statements and never suggests a pair you dismissed.
Blocklist
Block senders or whole domains you never want in your books.
Contracts and documents you can actually find.
Store the paperwork next to the numbers, and search for what a document is about.
4 features

Send a chart as a public snapshot link that expires after 30 days, or a date you choose.
More through the API
Tax summary, cash flow, growth rate, profit margin, recurring expenses and a balance sheet are available to the assistant, the API and MCP.
Ask Mintas, and see where the answer came from.
An assistant that runs on Claude and uses the same tools as the app.
5 features
Answers from your records
Ask about revenue, spending, invoices or a customer and get an answer with the records behind it. It can search the web when a question needs it.
It does the work, you approve it
It drafts invoices on an editable canvas, logs time and looks things up. Invoices stay drafts until you confirm, and it asks before anything destructive. It cannot move money, connect banks or change settings.
Attachments
Attach an image or PDF and it goes through the same reading as the inbox.
Connected apps
